Yoga Flow 101: Yoga For Beginners: 15 minutes

15 minutes could change your life. I’m not kidding. Nearly everyone I’ve ever talked with, has said that yoga has changed their life. I invite you to start here. Now. Do this 15 minute practice and you will learn the basics of 90% of what goes on in a yoga class. If you can bear weight on your hands and knees, you can do this class, regardless of how old, fat or inflexible you may be. I am here for you, newbie. I feel your pain. I gave birth 10 months ago and gained 56 pounds during my pregnancy. Trust me, I felt old, fat and inflexible. However, I lost 40 pounds in six months because I did yoga. This video teaches the basics of that practice in a simple way. Just because it’s simple though, doesn’t mean it’s easy.
