Another simple exercise to reduce join pain is to stand straight. Move your upper body while keeping your legs firm and steady. Do this for 10-20 times in a day and get unexpected results.

Shoulder shrugs are a beneficial warm up for an Office Yoga class. This is a stress relieving exercise, as well as a warm up. Many office goers have stress build up in the back, shoulders, and neck. Shoulder shrugs is a preventive exercise for headaches, back spasms, and neck pain.
