1.Start with a good attitude. I have found that attitude is what makes it easy. Find a “WHY” Make your why so big that it will keep you from giving up. “WHY” do you need to lose weight. Remember if your why doesn’t make you cry it’s not big enough.
2.As the saying goes “When you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. What ever goal you start out with it’s very important to be realistic. Short term goals are like stepping stones to completing a bigger goal. Work quickly to create change.
3.Staying active helps protect us from serious diseases. Start out with 45 minutes a day of light exercises. Keep doing this for about 2-3 weeks until you notice a change in your breathing or sleeping or appetite. Then increase your exercise duration to 60 minutes a day.
4.Remember working out will improve your health your looks and confidence with your love life. If you smoke, exercise is a great way to help you quit. Same goes for drinking as well.
