If you are reading this, you want to lose weight! Better yet, you want to lose weight and you are actually willing to do something for it. Hats off to you! That’s the spirit you need to make sure you will be successful at your upcoming weight loss attempt. There are a number of weight loss exercises you can do to maximize the results you should already be getting from your weight loss diet. Because that’s where fat burning begins… with your diet. If you are not on a healthy diet, then this is the first thing you need to do. Get your diet in order. Only then can you look at what type of exercises you could to to lose weight quick.

When you combine diet and exercise in order to accomplish weight loss, then you are setting yourself up for major success. This combination is worth its weight in gold! Now, the bulk of your results will come from your diet, but your exercises can easily double your results if only you do the right ones! Some people do 1000 ab crunches per day, every day. Other people do 100 push ups every single day. If you’re doing this, stop it right now. It probably hasn’t worked and it never will.

If you want to lose weight, then I am assuming you want to do this by burning fat so that your six pack abs become visible. Am I right? Ofcourse I am! So you have to make sure that when you lose weight, it comes from fat and not muscle. When you are on a weight loss diet, always incorporate weight lifting so that you are creating the need for your body to hang on to your muscle. By doing this, you increase the chances that your body will use up energy from your fat and not your muscle.
