Toning Abs with Sulabha Dronasana/Dronasana (Yoga)

Sulabha means ‘easy’ and Drona means bowl. The final posture of this asana resembles like a bowl. Hence the name Dronasana. This asana is an excellent asana to tone the abdominal muscles.
