Tips on How to Tone Your Breasts

A woman works almost all her body parts to keep them in shape, whether it is her arms, abdomen, buttocks, thighs or legs. As with most women, you might have overlooked keeping your breasts in shape. It may seem surprising to some that breasts can be toned. Toning will improve the shape of the breasts, and possibly the size too.

You’ll need just a couple of light weights (about 3 pounds each) and a small exercise mat, which can be purchased at any sporting goods store.

One simple exercise is just to stand straight with a weight in both hands. Stretch your arms out to the sides and rotate them in circular motion backwards, making small circles as you start off before increasing your circle size. Repeat this 25 times.

Another effective exercise to tone your breasts is the wall up exercise. Stand facing the wall with your feet at a distance of about 2 feet away with you hands straight out, pressing against the wall. Lean forward bending your elbows until your face comes close to the wall before pushing off. Repeat the motion 15 times.

Lie down straight on the floor with each hand holding a weight. Stretch your arms straight at the shoulders; raise them now slowly, bending your elbows to have the weights come to the center of the chest. Move your arms to return the weights to the original position. Repeat 15 times.

Try lying down with a weight in each hand; stretch out your arms to your body sides with bent knees before bringing them close to each other. Pause for a couple of seconds before lowering your arms slowly to the sides. Try about 10-12 repetitions on alternate days.

If you would like to have the assistance of an exercise machine to work your chest muscles, consider a gym that has some pectoral exercise machines for a good work out. Just sit on the bench and pull at the ring handles. This movement strengthens the muscles at the arms and breast.

You can also exercise on your own with a chair and weights. Sitting properly in the chair, raise the weights until your arms are straight up before returning to the original position. Repeat 10-15 times.

Keeping at these exercises will see a definite good improvement to your breasts. Even if you don’t think they are perfect yet, they are definitely toned up and take on a better shape with these exercises. It is not necessary to have cosmetic surgery to enhance your breasts as the right exercises will do the trick.
