Then you boost the speed level and run fast on it for 15 seconds. Keep repeating that sequence over and over for a total of 25 minutes.

This is the total opposite of the HIIT. Instead, I want you to focus mini-trampoline jumping for 2 minutes at a time in an effort to radically speed up your metabolism. The perfect way to go about this is with tv commercials serving as your unofficial workout times. It’s been proven that mini-workouts are way better than your typical longer workouts when it comes to effecting changes in your metabolism rate.
