Senior Exercise: Zookinesis – The Laughing Dragon Exercise with Bob Klein

Zookinesis is a system of mild exercises for seniors based on Tai-chi, chi-gung and Yoga. It strengthens joints and muscles, improves breathing, increases range of motion, sharpens the mind, improves balance and helps the movement of blood, lymph and intercellular fluid. Zookinesis also increases energy and overall health. The “Laughing Dragon Exercise” is a beginning standing exercise. This clip is a sample of the 45 minute dvd featuring this specific exercise.
