Tonight was another new workout for phase 2 designed by the man Tony Horton to keep my muscles in a constant state of confusion. This workout is amazing, and in only 31 days has completely changed my body. I can’t wait for another 59! I started charting my weights and reps tonight, and think it’s going to pay off a lot.
