There are many people right around the world right now slaving away in gyms and fitness centres in an effort to lose weight the right way and boy oh boy does the fitness industry moguls just love that, you had better believe it.
I went down that path for a long while getting up early in the morning to go to the gym before going to work or going there after a day’s work (that really sucked) and sure I lost weight and felt fit as well (even a little dangerous at times), but it was real hard work and was only successful while I kept it up. Like so many other people as soon as I got a bit slack, missed a day here and there, ate a bit too much (you know what it’s like) then I began to put the weight back on.
At this point I thought there has got to be a better way to lose weight the right way and be able to keep it off without the hard work and efforts that I had put myself through. Not to mention some fad diets I had also tried (did I mention them?) and after a lot of research together with some trial and error I realised that there really is one simple step to lose weight the right way and very importantly be able to keep it off without that hugh amount of effort I spoke of earlier.

That one simple step is to make changes to your lifestyle long term (sounds dramatic doesn’t it?) but it turned out to be really simple.
I followed advice that I found online that showed me how that I could eat as much as I wanted (including some yummies that most of us “shouldn’t eat”) and some light exercises that I could easily do at home.
