Home Workout: Dumbell Weight Routine Instruction Video – Part 3 of 3

A great beginners workout instruction program that teaches you how you can do all of your exercises right at home without setting foot in a gym. This instructional video teaches you how to advance at your own pace as you get stronger and more fit. This is NOT a video you can follow along to complete an actual routine. This video is for instruction purposes only. It is a video that helps you understand how to perform each exercise correctly. I have other videos that will allow you to 5-15 reps per exercise that go at a faster pace that will allow you to follow along with the video as you exercise. Remember, always start out slow with light weights until you have the proper form for each exercise, then gradually increase the number of reps you do, and lastly, when you can easily do 15 reps, then increase the hand weight. This total body workout can be done everyday as a cardio/weight training routine because it uses very low weights. This workout is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which pushes your heart rate up during your exercise and then brings it back down as you sweep for side to side. It will give you enough time to catch your breath in between each major exercises, but you will sweat! I perform this weight routine after a 5 minute WARM up on my Circle Glide.
