Ediz – The 2.5 Year Transformation

My 2.5 year transformation from ‘fat’ to ‘fit’ OFFICIAL PAGE: www.facebook.com for those wondering how i got to this position…. the first 3-6 months i dedicated mostly to cardio and light weights – i would run a lot around my neighbourhood and i would eat next to nothing (something which was a big mistake).. after that i got into serious lifting and only really perfected my diet roughly a year ago.. my current training split is: monday: back/forearms tuesday: chest/tris wednesday: hamstrings/cavles thursday: shoulders/traps friday: arms saturday: quads/calves + abs sunday: rest During the period when i was cutting, i would implement 3 cardio sessions where i would aim to burn at least 350-400cals on avg :)
