Broken and Still Pushing Through (Injured and Still Exercising) So you say that you are injured, and you cannot workout. I say NO WAY! Here’s a short video on what happened with me when I was injured. Of course, my small ankle problem is nothing compared to a broken arm or torn ACL; however, when you are in pain, you are in pain! So rest that part of the area that is hurting and get moving on other areas that you can improve. Light workouts can also be an option if okayed by your doctor.
