Basic Yoga Flow

This video is a short yoga video. We will be doing a little bit of flow. .. moving from a downward dog into a plank and then into an upward dog…then repeating. This is a great sequence to build upper body strength and flexibility. It should be fairly challenging, especially for a beginner, but it will get easier with time.
