7 Tips to stay single-digit Bodyfat lean with alcoholic drink

It is very obvious that alcoholic intake makes one to gain fat and body weight particularly if it is in excess. Surprisingly, some people want to get lean but don’t want to give up their excess drinking habit.

However, if you are moderate in drinking you will be perfectly healthy and lean. You must also realize that if you don’t want to add weight, you must also avoid soda or sweetened soft drinks of any kind.

Tip # 1:If you must drink, opt for wine as this is one of the healthiest drink choices.

Tip # 2:Do not drink more than 1-2 days in a week maximum if you really want to stay lean. Also, do not take more than 1-2 bottles per day for the two days.

Tip # 3:Avoid late night munchies after a night drinking, have some lean protein and vegetables instead with pre cooked chicken breasts, tuna fish, grass fed steaks and some veggie sticks. These will give you lean protein instead of carbohydrates. Avoid pizza, ice cream and other carb-rich junk after a night out drink.

Tip # 4:If you are to take beer, take 1or 2 bottles of dark beer only rather than 5-6 bottles of light one. Dark beer has more calories than light ones and also rich in B vitamins and antioxidants than light beer.

Tip # 5:Take high intensity full body workout before your night drinking and also some exercises in the morning. This will get your body back to good state of health.

Tip # 6:Stay away from syrupy, fruity drinks that are loaded with sugar. Also, avoid tonic water mixers as much as possible. Tonic water is loaded with much sugar. On the other hand, club soda has no calories at all. It is clearly the lowest calories way to drink.

Tip # 7:Base your dinner around protein and vegetables only on those days that you want to engage in some drinking. This is because alcohol gives you extra empty calories on those days you choose to drink. It has 7 calories per gram compared to 4 calories per gram for carbs and protein and 9 calories per gram for fats.

In conclusion, there is no crime in drinking, but be moderate to ensure lean and healthy body. Base your dinner around protein and vegetables on the night you want to drink. Also, make sure you avoid sweetened drinks as much as possible and embrace dark beer more than the light ones if you really want to opt for beer. Butt as for me I will advise that you should take wine often instead of beer.
